PART-TIME / FULL-TIME General Trades Specialist / Laborer

Successful candidate will be responsible for working at various job sites on a wide variety of jobs and tasks. From buying/moving materials and supplies to demolition, repairs, installations, remodels and other projects at residential and/or commercial locations. Competitive pay DOE.

EXPERIENCE

• Framing, drywall, painting, tiling, finish work, carpentry preferred

• Understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC preferred but not required

• Proficiency with power tools is required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a great work ethic and be ambitious, dependable, and punctual

• Excellent customer service skills

• Must be able to work independently while following directions from customers and manager

• Extremely organized; Detail oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving

• Must maintain a clean and presentable appearance and follow company dress code

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Candidate must provide, or authorize, a background check and drug test prior to employment

• Valid driver’s license; Reliable transportation with insurance

• Own basic tool set: hammer, drill, saw, tape measure, etc.

• Previous experience in construction field is preferred but not required

• Ability to work in varying work environments; indoor/outdoor, heat/cold

• Ability to lift >50 pounds

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong basic math skills
